The government has failed in many points included in its
\npre-election program. Now, I will refer to only those related to the Artsakh
\nissue. Member of the Hayakve initiative Menua Soghomonyan said this during the
\nNA hearings on the Hayakve bill.

Soghomonyan noted that the major point in the Government’s
\npre-election plan for the coming years was to ensure the security of the people
\nof Artsakh, the peaceful settlement of the issue and the status issue. However,
\nPashinyan recognized Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan with the famous
\n“Prague” statement of Oct. 6, 2022, thereby trampling on this point
\nof the government’s plan.
