The interstate complaint that Armenia brought with the
\nEuropean Court of Human Rights (ECHR) against Azerbaijan will be amended to
\ninclude the issue of restoring the rights of the people of Artsakh to property.
\nSpokesperson for the Office of the RA Representative on International Legal
\nMatters Hasmik Samvelyan said this.
