A meeting between the heads of the CSTO member states was
\nheld in Minsk. The Armenian side did not attend the summit. Belarusian
\nPresident Alexander Lukashenko noted that the meeting discussed the situation
\nin the Caucasus.

Earlier, the Belarussian Foreign Minister had announced that
\nafter the summit, CSTO Secretary General would leave for Yerevan to convey the
\nadopted decisions to the Armenian partners.
