While the Cabinet meeting was going ahead, protests outside
\nthe Government building were taking place. Representatives of various segments
\nof society were in Republic Square with their demands.

Fish farmers were there. Their complaints were about the law
\non fish farming adopted by the National Assembly. They applied to the ministry,
\nand the ministry replied, “While part of the population does not have drinking
\nwater, you keep fish.”
