Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell met in Brussels. <\/span><\/p>\n

In an address to Mirzoyan, Borrell said, “Unfortunately, we have a problem again.” In answer, Ararat Mirzoyan said, “Unfortunately, yes.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Mirzoyan left for Brussels to participate in the fifth meeting of the Armenia-EU Partnership Council.<\/span><\/p>\n
