Referring to the statement of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol
\nPashinyan about Baku’s preparations for war, Spokesperson for the Russian
\nPresident Dmitry Peskov noted that he does not know anything about it.

On Saturday, Pashinyan stated at the OSCE Parliamentary
\nAssembly meeting in Yerevan that Armenia sees danger of another escalation on
\naccount of the “Western Azerbaijan” concept put forward by Baku. He also noted
\nthat Yerevan does not understand Baku’s position with regard to its refusal to
\nreturn the prisoners.

“Unfortunately, I cannot say anything in this regard as I
\nhave not heard such statements from Azerbaijan.

We have heard rather different statements from the
\nleadership of Azerbaijan, declaring readiness to sign a peace treaty. Thus, I
\ncannot say anything about Mr. Pashinyan’s statements in this regard” Peskov
