The second round of the meeting between the delegations led by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has started in Berlin, Spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ani Badalyan reports.<\/span><\/p>\n
