The U.S. will not send troops to Ukraine but will continue to support it, U.S. President Joe Biden said. <\/span><\/p>\n

“If the U.S. provides Ukraine with the weapons and means to defend itself, it will be able to win against Russia. But if assistance to Kyiv is blocked, the U.S. will lose its world leadership,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

In an address to Congress, Biden said that they need to stand up to Putin. <\/span><\/p>\n

“If the United States walks away, it will put Ukraine at risk. Europe is at risk, the free world will be at risk, emboldening those who want to harm us.
