The U.S. Department of State is preparing a report on the
\nevents that took place in Nagorno-Karabakh. Assistant Secretary of State for
\nEuropean and Eurasian Affairs James O’Brien said this during the U.S. House of
\nRepresentatives Foreign Affairs Committee hearing titled “The future of
\nNagorno-Karabakh”.

“I would like to inform the committee that under the
\ninstructions of the Secretary of State, we are preparing a comprehensive and
\ntransparent report on what happened there, not only on those days, but also
\nmonths before that,” O’Brien said.

He noted that to this aim, independent investigators have
\nbeen engaged; their investigators are also working. They receive data from
\ninternational NGOs and other investigators as well.
