“If this is what they have decided, we can only express
\nregret. We understand that every head of government or head of state has his
\nown work schedule. But it is a pity, as such meetings offer a very good
\nopportunity to voice opinions,” Spokesperson for the Russian president Dmitry
\nPeskov said.

To remind, earlier, in a telephone conversation with Belarusian
\nPresident Alexander Lukashenko, Nikol Pashinyan had announced his decision not
\nto attend the CSTO meeting and had expressed hope that this decision would be
\naccepted with understanding.
