“I understand that this may sound unrealistic to many
\npeople, but we should not think like that, and we should not consider this
\nchapter closed. We need a window of opportunity to return, and we should open
\nthat window. To this end, it is important for us to preserve Artsakh as a
\npolitical entity,” the son of the second president of Armenia said to the

Referring to those guilty of the loss of Artsakh, he noted
\nthat the primary responsibility falls on the Armenian authorities.
