The Committee of Belgian Armenians arranged a meeting
\nbetween the community representatives and High Commissioner of Diaspora Affairs
\nof Armenia Zareh Sinanyan. The meeting was scheduled for Nov. 11.

The ARF Belgian Committee and all its affiliated organizations
\nhave refused to attend the meeting on the grounds of Sinanyan’s anti-national
\nactivities.

“Since the day of his appointment, this official of the RA
\nGovernment has taken a strong anti-national stance, has made great efforts to
\nundermine the role of traditional national organizations in the Diaspora by
\nputting up new figures as representatives of communities instead of
\nlong-standing powerful organizations,” the ARF Belgian Committee noted.
