On Nov. 17, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) will
\nannounce its decision on the motion for temporary measures in connection with
\nthe Sept. 28, 2023, appeal filed by Armenia regarding the International
\nConvention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v.
\nAzerbaijan), the ICC press service reports.

The public hearing will take place at 3:00 p.m. local time
\nin the Peace Palace in The Hague. ICJ President Joan Donoghue will announce the
\norder. On Sept. 16, 2021, Armenia applied to the ICJ to file a lawsuit against
\nAzerbaijan in connection with violations of the International Convention on the
\nElimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
