Russia always welcomes and supports the reintegration program proposed by Azerbaijan: The Armenians of Artsakh should return. Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said this at a press briefing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking about the Armenians and Azerbaijanis who left Armenia and Azerbaijan in the late 80s and early 90s, Zakharova noted that a lot of work needs to be done in this regard.<\/span><\/p>\n
