Three years have passed since the November 9 tripartite
\nstatement was signed. Armenia has been the only party to the statement that has
\nadhered to the terms of the agreement, ceding the Republic of Artsakh without
\nhesitation. In the past three years, our enemy, Azerbaijan, did not lose an
\nopportunity to manipulate the whole world and even mounted offensives against
\nthe sovereign territory of Armenia. However, the Armenian authorities were
