Armenia and Azerbaijan have confirmed their participation in the negotiations scheduled for Kazakhstan; the date of the meeting will be announced later, Aybek Smadiyarov, the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan, told RIA Novosti.<\/span><\/p>\n
