\nthe actions of some countries are directly aimed at undermining legal power,
\nsocial stability and traditional value systems in the CIS countries and
\nsevering our traditionally close trade, cooperation and cultural ties.

Putin noted that terrorism and organized crime, illegal drug
\ntrafficking and illegal immigration, radicalism and extremism, as well as risks
\nin the fields of economic, informational, technological and biological
\nsecurity, remain a threat to the CIS countries.
