Another court hearing on Vagif Khachatryan’s case was held
\nat the Baku Military Court.

The papers available were studied and published at today’s
\nhearing. The investigation into the trumped-up criminal case has been
\ncompleted. The prosecutor asked the court for time to make a speech. The
\nhearing will continue tomorrow.

To remind, Vagif Khachatryan was abducted from the ICRC
\nvehicle on his way to Yerevan from Artsakh. He was coming to Armenia to undergo
\nmedical treatment.

Azerbaijan has brought serious charges against Khachatryan.
\nHowever, he does not plead guilty, noting that he has not been engaged in
\nmilitary operations, let alone in acts of “genocide”.
