The National Security Service of Armenia (NSS) issued a statement, which reads as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

“The Border Guard troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia are making preparations aimed at taking over the protection of the state border of the Republic of Armenia in the area of Kirants village of Tavush Province.<\/span><\/p>\n
