EU member states must abide by the decision of the International Criminal Court (ICC) if it issues a warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s arrest. High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said this in an interview with TVE.<\/span><\/p>\n
