Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova expressed her condolences regarding the floods in Armenia. <\/span><\/p>\n

“We offer our heartfelt condolences to the brotherly Armenian people in connection with the natural disaster that has struck the republic, and we wish the victims a speedy recovery,” Zakharova wrote.<\/span><\/p>\n
