At a press briefing, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova spoke about the Upper Lars and Nizhniy Zaramag “transport corridors”.<\/span><\/p>\n

She noted that Russia pays great attention to existing and newly developing international transport corridors. “Plans are afoot to create a unified Eurasian logistics infrastructure that would allow diversifying the transportation of goods in a safer and more reliable way,” Zakharova said, noting that they consider Upper Lars and Nizhniy Zaramag important platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n

She noted that the transport potential of the South Caucasus has not been unlocked, including because of Armenian-Azerbaijani conflicts.<\/span><\/p>\n
