Sergejs Potapkins, a former member of the Latvian Parliament, was present at the rally outside Saint Anna Church, Yerevan.<\/p>\n
“I am here as a friend of Armenia and Artsakh. The people of Artsakh have the right to self-determination, and the entire Armenian people have the right to justice,” Potapkins said.<\/p>\n
The former MP noted that he believes these two rights will be exercised and the people of Artsakh will return to their homes.<\/p>\n
“When I go to Artsakh next time, I hope to see the life that I saw there before,” Potapkins said.<\/p>\n
