According to experts, the matter of complaint is not the
\ntests, but the teachers who want to take certification tests. The thing is, the
\ngrounds for complaint is not the complexity itself, but the very fact that the
\nquestions are not from the textbooks. Thus, it so happens that they are not
\nteachers of the subject, but those of the textbooks.

“We are in no position to adopt a bad educational system.
\nThis is a path leading to a bad end, and we have been successfully following
\nthis path for 30 years,” Aram Pakhchanyan says.
