The Commissioner for Human Rights of Azerbaijan has reported
\nvisiting former leaders of Artsakh, now in custody in Baku, the Azerbaijani

She stated that the Artsakh officials were given the
\nopportunity to contact their family members; they were also provided with a
\ntranslator.

To remind, after the depopulation and occupation of Artsakh,
\nAzerbaijan arrested presidents of Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan,
\nArayik Harutyunyan, NA President Davit Ishkhanyan, Gen. Davit Manukyan, Gen.
\nLevon Mnatsakanyan, Former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan and Former Foreign
\nMinister Davit Babayan.
