Armenia has not given any signal about its desire to withdraw from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) or to decrease its participation in it, General Secretary of the CIS Sergey Lebedev told TASS.<\/span><\/p>\n

“No, you know, we have not received any signal that Armenia is going to leave the CIS or decrease its participation there,” Lebedev said.<\/span><\/p>\n

He drew attention to the statements of high-ranking Armenian officials regarding CSTO membership.<\/span><\/p>\n

“But I have stated, that as far as the CIS and the EAEU are concerned, Armenia will continue its cooperation, and I am sincerely happy about it and I hope things will go that way,” Lebedev noted.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
