Canada has listed Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization, TASS writes.<\/p>\n
“Our government has decided to list the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization under the Criminal Code of Canada,” Canadian Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc told the press.<\/p>\n
The minister added that with such actions, Ottawa “sends out a clear signal that Canada will use all the tools at its disposal to fight terrorist organization IRGC”.<\/p>\n
In response to LeBlanc, Nasser Kanaani, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, called this move of Canada “hostile”.
