The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) under the Government of Turkey reported on the death of an Iranian mountaineer, Ermenihaber writes.<\/span><\/p>\n

As mentioned, three Iranian mountaineers started to climb Mount Ararat on the morning of June 14. Having reached the top, one of them tripped and died after falling down.<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on the alarm received from other mountaineers, AFAD started search and rescue operations. As a result, the body of Akber Helil, an Iranian by origin, was found only five days later, on June 19.<\/span><\/p>\n
