CSTO maintains all obligations toward Armenia; the country remains an ally of the organization, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov told the press.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Armenia has been and remains our ally in the CSTO, and all our obligations toward Armenia stand, but the question of membership in the organization is the country’s right and sovereign decision,” Tasmagambetov said.<\/span><\/p>\n
