The names of deputy mayors of Yerevan have been announced:
\nArmen Pambukhchyan, Levon Hovhannisyan, Suren Grigoryan and Sargis Madatyan.
\nThe Mother Armenia Alliance boycotted the session, thus not participating in
\nthe election. Member of the alliance Samvel Hakobyan had announced that the
\nrecords of the inaugural session were sketchy and incomplete. No one from the
\nopposition forces attended the session. Thus, from the legal point of view, the
\nsession did not convene and decisions reached during the session have no legal
\nforce.<\/p>\n

“It transpires that tomorrow, Oct. 26, the mayor who took
\npowers illegitimately, will appoint his illegitimate deputies at the Council of
\nElders emergency session,” the member of the alliance said. Details in the
