Khndzrtsyan entered the 2023 U23 World Wrestling
\nChampionships from the eighth final, where he beat Cooper Flynn from the U.S.
\n11-0. The Armenian wrestler defeated the representative of Germany 2-1 in the
\nquarterfinal.
