Moscow’s Tagansky court fined Telegram Messenger 3 million rubles for refusing to remove information about anti-government activities, TASS reports.<\/p>\n
“The court decided to find Telegram Messenger Inc guilty of the failure to delete information by the owner of an information resource on the Internet under Article 13.41, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, if the obligation to delete such information is provided for by law and to punish him in the amount of 3 million rubles with a fine,” reads the court decision.<\/p>\n
