Many people from Artsakh have not received humanitarian aid
\nworth 100,000 drams. Some have problems entering the public register, some with
\nbank cards, etc. Today is the last day to apply to the RA Ministry of Labour
\nand Social Issues with regard to these issues. We have talked with the
\ndisplaced persons to find out what problems that have faced so far and how they
\nhave addressed them. <\/p>\n
