The Estonian media reported earlier on July 12 about Kallas’s intention to quit the post.<\/p>\n
The reason for this decision is that Kallas has been put up as a candidate for the head of EU diplomacy instead of Josep Borrell. The post of head of the Estonian government may be taken up by the country’s climate minister, Kristen Michal.<\/p>\n
