Eighteen-year-old Marat Hakobyan from Artsakh will be

“I am going to take Marat home from prison. His mother has
\nbeen waiting for him for a long time. The RA Criminal Court of Appeal, presided
\nover by Narine Hovakimyan, has fully allowed my appeal, holding that Marat
\nHakobyan’s arrest is unlawful and granting him release.

To remind, 18-year-old Marat Hakobyan was arrested, then
\nremanded in custody for 2 months in connection with the protests staged in
\nYerevan for the cession of Artsakh.
