Flights at Beirut airport have been canceled or delayed amid insurance risks, as tensions escalate between Israel and Hezbollah, Reuters writes.<\/span><\/p>\n

A rocket strike killed 12 teenagers and children in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights on Saturday. <\/span><\/p>\n

Israel’s security cabinet on Sunday authorized the government to respond to the strike. Hezbollah, in turn, denied any responsibility for the attack. <\/span><\/p>\n
