Congress has approved legislation preventing any president

“NATO has held strong in response to [Russian President
\nVladimir] Putin’s war in Ukraine and rising challenges around the world,” Kaine
\nstated, adding that the measure “reaffirms U.S. support for this crucial
\nalliance that is foundational for our national security”.
<\/p><\/p>\n
Rubio, in turn, said the legislation adoption comes as a
\ncritical tool for congressional oversight.
<\/p><\/p>\n\n
“We must ensure we are protecting our national interests and
\nprotecting the security of our democratic allies,” he said in a statement.
