Armenian-Turkish border issues were discussed the other day. Special representatives Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç were involved in the so-called “normalization process”. After the meeting, Turkey did not miss the opportunity and again rushed to talk with Armenia with prerequisites, reiterating its stance that the normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey and the opening of the border will be possible after the negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan produce the results desirable for them.
