\nArmen Mheryan, Lusine Dayan, Razmik Mkrtchyan, and Roman Hambardzumyan. They
\nwere Council of Elders candidates from the electoral list of the Civil Contract

Dustrik Mkhitaryan and Adrine Avagyan from the Mother
\nArmenia Alliance have resigned their seats. The seats will be filled by the
