The US has sent a guided missile submarine to the Middle East, as tensions grow in the region, the BBC writes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The move comes in response to fears of a wider regional conflict, after the recent assassination of senior Hezbollah and Hamas leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n

U.S. Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin said the U.S. would “take every possible step” to defend its ally.<\/span><\/p>\n

To remind, Iran blames Israel for the assassination of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and has vowed to punish. However, Israel has not made an official comment regarding the murder.<\/span><\/p>\n
