The Republic of Artsakh has not been dissolved. Has anyone
\nhere seen that document? Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan said this to the
\nprotesters from Artsakh. <\/span><\/p>\n

“I would like to know if you are thoroughly familiar with
\nthat document. There are a great deal of issues regarding that, but I cannot
\nrefer to them here. However, I assure you that we are familiar with both the
\npositive and the negative sides of that document. The republic established by
\nthe people cannot be dissolved under any document. I will talk about this on
\nArmenian Public TV. In the near future, I will refer to all these issues,
\nto the document that put an end to the hostilities on Sept. 20,” he said.

The president of Artsakh noted that if they had been sure
\nthey would win the war, they would have fought to the last.

“We spared our boys, the lives of the civilians that were at
\nstake. Had the war been stopped an hour later, they would have entered the town
\nand slaughtered children,” Shahramanyan said.
