Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced that Belarus has strengthened surveillance on the border with Ukraine after the destruction of Ukrainian drones.<\/p>\n
“After the events with those drones, we have strengthened control over the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. Moreover, we have deployed part of our army there,” Lukashenko said at a meeting on military security issues on Friday.<\/p>\n
He asked the military about the situation at the border, and whether all units have been stationed in the area where the troops are deployed in case of unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n
