Artsakh InfoCenter has issued a statement on the rumors that
\nthe Government of Artsakh had bought apartments and other properties before the
\nlatest war.

“The rumors that before the Sept. 19 military operations,
\nthe Government of the Republic of Artsakh had bought apartments or other
\nproperties from different people or had granted loans is not true.
<\/p><\/p>\n
We urge people having such information to contact law enforcement
\nagencies and report on crime,” reads the statement.
<\/p><\/p>\n\n
As noted, President Samvel Shahramanyan will publicly refer
\nto a number of other issues in his speech in the near future.
