“Mutual understanding has been reached to take practical
\nsteps for the restoration and organization of railway services on the
\nYeraskh-Julfa-Meghri-Horadiz route. We proceed from the necessity of commitment
\nto reciprocity, and mutual respect, and from the sovereignty of both
\ncountries,” Zakharova added.
