At a hearing yesterday, Khachatryan did not plead guilty and
\nstated that he had not committed crimes against Azerbaijanis.

To remind, Vagif Khachatryan was abducted from the ICRC
\nvehicle on his way to Armenia from Artsakh. He was coming to Armenia to undergo
\nmedical treatment. A trumped-up charge has been brought against Khachatryan for
\n“committing genocide” against Azerbaijanis during the first Artsakh war.
