U.S. Congressman Frank Pallone made<\/a> an X post saying: “Glad to see that the Biden-Harris Administration continues efforts to fortify relations with Armenia by doubling its aid package through USAID. This additional funding will help bolster Armenia’s democracy and strengthen its economic and security independence.”<\/p>\n

To remind, the U.S. has doubled the amount of money provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the development of Armenia, making it from $120 million to $250 million.<\/p>\n

The agreement implies cooperation in key areas such as disaster risk management, cyber security, food and energy security, regional cooperation and trade, democratic processes and inclusive economic development.<\/p>\n
