The number of states that have joined the statement on the
\ngrave humanitarian and human rights crisis in Artsakh has reached 40. The
\nstatement was adopted on Oct. 11 at the 54th session of the U.N. Human Rights
\nCouncil. Spokesperson for the RA Foreign Ministry Ani Badalyan made an X post

She quoted a part from the statement, reading: “This massive
\ndisplacement of ethnic Armenians from their homes stems from Azerbaijan’s
\nmilitary operation launched on September 19th and a nine-month long blockage of
\nthe Lachin corridor leading to dire humanitarian conditions.”
