Iran is interested in working with Russia and transporting Russian gas through its territory, TASS<\/a> writes, referring to Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali.<\/p>\n

“We are very interested in working with Russia. We are ready to transport Russian gas through the territory of Iran, and Iranian companies intend to build a 125 km gas pipeline in Turkmenistan,” Jalali said.<\/p>\n

He noted that in 2023, Russia took the first place in the volume of foreign investments in the Islamic Republic of Iran.<\/p>\n
