\nfootage of the suffering of a helpless 68-year-old person surrounded by 4 armed
\npolice officers in order to spread that state of mind and hopelessness in his
\nfamily and in the Armenian society.

It is obvious what conditions Vagif Khachatryan is in during
\nthese 4 months, being far from his family, homeland, in an atmosphere of fear,
\nsubjected to sufferings in Azerbaijani captivity.<\/p>\n

This is the picture we appeared in, and this is the sad situation; people who
\nare responsible for this, unfortunately, do not accept their guiltiness.<\/p>\n\n
\n<\/p>
It was necessary to do everything so that Vagif Khachatryan and our other
\ncompatriots would not end up in Azerbaijani captivity, would not be in such a
\nhumiliated state that Azerbaijan would also enjoy it. The citizen of Armenia,
\nthe Armenian should feel the protection of the state of Armenia.<\/p>\n
