Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has signed a decree on forming a new government, under which, in particular, the country’s foreign minister was changed, RIA Novosti<\/a> writes, referring to the office of the President of Syria.<\/p>\n

“President Bashar al-Assad signed a decree on forming a new government headed by Mohammad Ghazi al-Jalali,” Assad’s office said.<\/p>\n
